Before sampling
For private label fitness apparel, gym clothes or sportswear, start with the product and its intended use. We act as your sourcing partner, coordinating the brief with a suitable private label activewear manufacturer.
Keep the available silhouette, fabric and color direction. Ready-to-order designs require 250 pieces total, at least 30 per style and 3 per size/colour combination. Confirm current availability, sizes and the order breakdown with the partner factory before planning a launch.
Branding is quoted within the selected ready-to-order or custom design route. Prepare artwork, placement and dimensions; discuss care labels, hang tags and packaging separately so their quantities and costs are included. Changing the fit or fabric may move the project into custom development.
Custom designs require 300 pieces total, at least 30 per style and 3 per size/colour combination. Send a tech pack or detailed references, measurements and color direction. Confirm material availability, sample scope and approvals before bulk production.
