Buyer FAQ

Products & getting started

What products can I source through Stellarisle?

Our range covers yoga sets, sports bras, yoga tops, leggings, shorts, one-piece activewear, and tennis dresses and skorts. Send your intended activity, fit direction and target market so we can review suitable styles.

Is Stellarisle a factory or a sourcing partner?

Stellarisle works with partner factories to coordinate private label activewear sourcing, sampling and production. We help buyers bring product requirements, branding details and production approvals into one project brief.

Can you help a startup without a complete tech pack?

Yes. Start with reference images, the product category, target fit, fabric preferences and an estimated order breakdown. A tech pack is useful for custom development; measurements and construction details need to be agreed before production.

What is the difference between ready-to-order and custom designs?

Ready-to-order uses an existing design as the starting point. Custom development starts from your specifications or requires changes to the design. Ready-to-order does not mean ready to ship: fabric availability, branding, sampling and the production schedule still need confirmation.

Buyer FAQ

Minimum orders & quantity planning

What is your minimum order quantity?

Custom designs require 300 pieces in total. Ready-to-order designs require 250 pieces in total. Both routes require at least 30 pieces per style and 3 pieces per size and colour combination. All three minimums must be met.

Can I combine different styles in one order?

You can plan several styles within your selected design route. For example, four custom styles at 75 pieces each meet the 300-piece total. Every style must also meet the style and size/colour minimums. If you want to combine ready-to-order and custom routes, send the full breakdown for review before ordering.

Does 30 pieces per style mean 30 pieces per colour?

No. The style minimum is 30 pieces across that style. Every ordered size and colour combination must contain at least 3 pieces. For example, two colours and three sizes with 5 pieces in each combination make 30 pieces for one style.

Can I order below the minimums or buy samples first?

Bulk orders below the published minimums are not accepted. Samples are handled separately to assess fabric, fit and branding; sample cost and timing are quoted after the project details are reviewed.

Is there a separate minimum for adding my logo?

Logo requirements are reviewed within your selected design route. Send the artwork, dimensions, placement and preferred application method. Labels, trims and packaging are quoted with the project so their requirements are clear before you order.

How are matching sets and repeat orders counted?

List tops and bottoms separately and confirm the counting unit in the quotation; a piece is not automatically a complete two-piece set. For repeat orders, send the previous style reference and the new size/colour breakdown. Do not assume a reduced reorder minimum without a written quotation.

Buyer FAQ

Fabrics, branding & samples

Can you support private label, OEM and ODM projects?

Yes. We can discuss OEM production from your specifications or ODM development from references and fit goals. Private label options include garment logos, woven and care labels, hang tags and packaging, subject to the selected style and project review.

How do I choose the right activewear fabric?

Share the intended activity, desired support, handfeel, stretch, coverage and target price. Review fabric options and samples for opacity, recovery and comfort. If you need a specific certification or test result, request documentation for the actual material being quoted.

What should I check before approving a sample?

Check fit, measurements, fabric, colour, opacity, stretch recovery, seams, logo placement, labels and packing details. Record revisions clearly and approve the agreed specifications before bulk production.

How long do sampling and bulk production take?

Timing is quoted for your project and depends on fabric availability, development work, sample revisions, branding, packaging and quantity. Confirm the production start conditions and dispatch estimate in writing, and allow separately for transport and customs.

Buyer FAQ

Pricing, shipping & order support

What information do you need for a quotation?

Send product references, design route, total quantity, quantities by style/colour/size, fabric preferences, logo files, label and packaging requirements, destination and target launch date. A complete breakdown makes quotes easier to compare.

How much does private label activewear cost?

Prices depend on the selected fabric, garment construction, quantity, branding, trims and packaging. Ask for a breakdown covering samples, garments, branding, packing and delivery assumptions. Any volume pricing is confirmed in your quotation.

How do I place an order and arrange payment?

Send your brief through the contact form or WhatsApp. Review the quotation, sample scope, specifications and order breakdown before confirming production. Payment method, deposit, balance and cancellation terms are agreed in writing for the order.

Can you arrange shipping to my country?

Send the destination country, postcode and required arrival date so shipping options can be reviewed. Confirm the shipping term, freight charge and responsibility for duties or taxes in the quotation. Transit and customs time are separate from production time.

How is quality checked and what if I find a problem?

Agree the approved sample, measurements, tolerances, branding and packing requirements before production. Discuss inspection arrangements with your project contact. If an issue appears, send the order reference, affected quantities and clear photos or videos so it can be investigated against the agreed specifications and order terms.

Do you have customer projects I can review?

Our website includes illustrative sourcing programs to explain how an order can be planned. They are examples, not completed customer projects or testimonials. For your own project, ask to review relevant product samples and the proposed approval and inspection process.
