Reorder planning
A focused repeat-order plan
Use your own sales and fit feedback to plan the next order.
Illustrative project plan — not a completed customer order. Quantities are planning examples; pricing and timing require a quotation.
The starting brief
After a first collection, a buyer wants to replenish selected styles without repeating the original size mix automatically. Actual sales, remaining stock and customer fit feedback guide the next brief.

From brief to order approval
Review what sold
Provide sold units and remaining stock by style, colour and size. Separate demand from out-of-stock periods and note any recurring fit or quality feedback.
Check what can repeat
Compare the previous approved specification with current material availability. Flag fabric, shade, trim or construction changes that need a new sample approval.
Agree the new order
Build the revised quantity allocation, confirm the applicable MOQ and get a written schedule. Discuss inspection and packing again if the collection or sales channel has changed.
There is no automatic reduced reorder minimum or faster delivery promise. Confirm the current design route, quantity rules and timing in the new quotation.
Plan your own collection
Send your references, quantities and target date to get a project-specific quotation.
