A practical comparison

Contacting factories one by one vs. working with one export team.

The factory price is only one part of an order. The brief, materials, sampling, follow-up and shipment still need to stay connected.

Contacting factories one by one

You manage every conversation

  • Different strengths, different answersYou identify which factory fits each style, quantity and construction requirement.
  • Quotes are difficult to compareYou check whether fabric, trims, labels, packing and delivery terms are based on the same brief.
  • Sample comments sit in separate chatsYou keep measurements, fit notes and revisions aligned with every contact.
  • Every open detail needs follow-upYou track approvals, questions and production timing with each factory yourself.

Stellarisle partner factory network

One export team follows the project

  • Factory fit before quotationWe discuss the brief with the factories whose product focus and order conditions fit the project.
  • One basis for price discussionWe clarify the specification and what each quote includes before options are compared.
  • Sample feedback stays connectedWe carry your fit, fabric and finishing comments into the next factory discussion and sample round.
  • One day-to-day contactYou bring us the questions; we follow the relevant details with the factory through production and shipment.

What happens after you get in touch.

  1. Send your starting point

Share the style, quantity and date you have in mind. A technical pack is useful, but you can start with pictures.

  2. Talk through the options

We check the brief with factories and discuss material choices, minimum quantities, sample costs and timing.

  3. Review a sample

Try the fit, feel the fabric and collect your changes. We help communicate those comments to the factory.

  4. Agree the order details

Confirm the specification, quantities, price, inspection arrangements and shipping terms before committing to production.

Before you place an order.

How much do I need to order?

Minimum quantities vary by style, fabric, color and branding. Share your planned quantity so we can check the options with factories.

Can I see a sample first?

We can discuss sampling with the factory. Cost, timing and any revisions should be agreed before you proceed.

Do I need a finished design?

No. Reference pictures can start the conversation. Measurements, fabric and construction details will still need confirming for production.

Our story

We work with partner factories to turn the details you care about into a garment brief: the feel of the fabric, the fit of the waistband and the changes a sample needs.

What would you like to make?

A reference picture, an estimated quantity and your target date are enough to start the conversation.
